John’s Roasted Brussels Sprouts

John’s yummy and easy way to cook frozen vegetables.

Brussels sprouts

1.5 lb bag frozen Brussels sprouts

3 Tbsp olive oil

1 tsp kosher salt

1/2 tsp pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Toss Brussels sprouts with oil, salt and pepper. Bake until well browned, about 45 min, shaking the pan every 5-7 min. to help them cook evenly (turn down the oven temperature if needed to keep them from burning).
