Slow Cooker Hamburger Stroganoff

July 7, 2012

Easy and delicious! One of my favorite slow cooker recipes.

hamburger stroganoff

1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef

2 Tbsp flour

1 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

1 cup chopped onion

10 oz condensed cream of chicken soup

1 tsp red wine vinegar

2 Tbsp orange juice

1 cup light sour cream

Cook ground beef until browned. (The recipe says do not drain, but that’s up to you. I drained some of the grease.) Mix in the rest of the ingredients except for sour cream. Put in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or on high for 2 1/2 – 3 hours. Stir in sour cream and heat through. Serve over noodles.
