Cobb Salad

Chop up some romaine and/or iceburg lettuce and spread on a plate.

Top with rows of diced chicken, hardboiled egg, tomato, avocado, crumbled bacon and blue cheese (I used a mild creamy blue cheese from Trader Joe’s. I’m not a big fan of blue cheese most of the time, but it’s just right in this salad.)

Sprinkle with salt and chopped chives and add your favorite vinaigrette.
