Cranberry Sauce

This cranberry sauce is really nice with the orange zest.

One package (3 cups) fresh or frozen cranberries

1 cup sugar, 1 cup water

1 tsp grated orange peel (opt.)

Mix all together, boil gently until berries pop, about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool and refrigerate.
