Roasted Butternut Squash

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Cut squash in half and scoop out the seeds. Place cut-side down in a pan and bake for 35-45 min. until soft. Turn over and sprinkle with salt and brown sugar. Keep baking until “toasty-brown”.
