Slow Cooker BBQ Pulled Chicken

This is super easy.  Throw two things in the slow cooker in the morning and dinner is ready when you get home.  And it’s a great way to use up frozen chicken. See the variation Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken.

Put some boneless, skinless chicken breasts (straight from the freezer is fine) into the slow cooker.  Pour bbq sauce over top. Cover and cook on low all day (8+ hours if chicken is frozen).  Use 2 forks to pull the chicken pieces apart. Add some more bbq sauce if needed.

These go great on the biscuits in the last post. Or, just serve them on hamburger buns.
