These are so easy and taste amazing. This will make 4 large biscuits (recipe can be doubled).  I like them with bbq pulled chicken, or for breakfast with homemade applesauce, or just by themselves.

1 cup flour

½ tsp salt

1 ½ tsp baking powder

1 tsp sugar

½ – ¾ cup whipping cream

2-3 Tbsp butter

Mix the dry ingredients. Add enough whipping cream so that it all sticks together (not dry or runny). Kneed on a floured surface 1 minute or less. Pat into a rectangle 1/2-inch thick and cut into 4 squares. Melt 2-3 Tbsp butter in a dish. Dip each biscuit in butter (on both sides) and place spaced apart on a baking sheet. Bake at 425 degrees F for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
