3 Ways with Punchy Radish – Radish Dip

September 7, 2011

Last summer in my attempt to learn to like new vegetables, I bought some radishes at the farmers’ market and then tried to find some new ideas of what do with them, but none of my cookbooks had radish recipes.  Then, I was in a grocery store in England and saw a recipe card called “3 ways with punchy radish.”  It was a great free souvenir.  It had recipes for radish and cream cheese dip, sautéed radishes (which were not so good), and radish salsa (which I haven’t tried yet).  So today I will post my top three radish recipes.  Here’s the recipe for the dip:

Radish Dip

Mix 200g soft cream cheese with 12 small grated radishes and 2 cloves minced garlic. Chill. Garnish with grated radish and serve with Melba toast “for a moreish snack that packs a punch.”
