S’more Cookies
I made this for a recent camping trip and they were fantastic! I think they are even better than s’mores. And if you leave them sitting in a hot car, it’s like they just came out of the oven!
They have all the s’more flavors baked right into perfect chocolate chip cookies.
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
dash cinnamon
1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups mini chocolate chips
1 1/2-2 cups mini marshmallows
4-5 Hershey bars, chopped (I used dark chocolate)
In one bowl, combine the flour, crumbs, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. In a large bowl, beat together the butter, sugars, and vanilla until creamy. Beat in the eggs one at a time. Slowly beat in the flour mixture until smooth. Stir in the chocolate chips.
Drop by rounded tablespoon onto parchment-lined or ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees F for about 7 min. Remove from oven and push 3 or 4 marshmallows and a few pieces of Hershey bar into each cookie. Return to the oven for another 3-4 minutes or until cooked. Cool on a wire rack.
